Every so often, mistakes do happen, but we will do our best to fix it. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact resnews@resnation, and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing our customer servie.
All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to resnews@resnation within 14 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed. Any store credit we issue will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
FOR A REFUND / EXCHANGE, PRODUCTS MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND CANNOT BE WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY – MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THE APPROPRIATE TIME PERIOD.
Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit.
